What's going on?

I want to start off by saying "Ouch" :( While mowing the yard on Saturday, I rolled my ankle and now have the ankle that is the size of a mutant grapefruit. My brother (the awesome Paramedic) swiftly came over and looked at it, deciding that it was probably just stressed and would get better. So he put me into an immobilizer boot and told me to stay off of it as much as possible and to rest it. Who does he think I am? LoL
Sadly on Sunday he decided that I should probably go to the ER and get an X-ray because after showing the pic to his buddies they decided my foot was broken. I am happy to report that I did finally make it to the Doctor to get the X-ray and can say that officially I have cracked the tip of my ankle bone, no damage really just need to keep the boot on and rest. The crack could have pulled on the ligament which is why the ankle is still swollen and tender, but the real problem is the boot has caused a new issue... Charlie Horses!!! My calf muscle is on fire, my leg is tired from carrying the extra 15lbs of boot, and my other leg is threatening to mutiny from me babying the injured ankle. The Doctor did tell me that the boot that I'm wearing is to large for me and that is why I've got the added aches and pains. His prescription is to get a "short boot." The Fam thinks that I can get by with Ace bandages and my ankle brace from before. Tried that last night, and am back in the boot. The brace hits right on the place that is sore and woke up very uncomfortable.
Let's see what else has happened this week? Oh, Auditioned for the Fall season of SCC plays. I think it went well and am keeping my fingers crossed that I will hopefully get a part in the Reader's Theater show. (You can keep your fingers crossed for me as well) Hahahaha
Now on to the minor work bitchfest. I LOVE being blamed for not being properly trained at my job. I love it even more when the customer takes things out on me that were around a year before I even started. And I love it when the collection agents call and yell at me because my boss won't let me pay bills on a regular basis. Above all, I love getting to tell our subcontracted workers, that I adore, that they won't be getting their full pay check the Friday before a holiday weekend, because the boss doesn't know if we have it or not... I know that I have job security and all, but sometimes I am ready to kill the boss, friend or not. I guess that's not really a bitchfest, just me nonsensically complaining about work, which isn't something new.
That's really all that's going on at the moment. My mission to post less randomly. So look for more stuff to come. Until then...
